Pigeon Impossible

On an Ordinary day Walter Beckett was walking across the street carrying a grey suitcase while eating a bagel! He hopped onto a bus but a pigeon followed him!

Walter found a seat on the bus and sat down he put his suitcase on the other seat he opened his suitcase and then suddenly the pigeon flew into the suitcase and Started to push random buttons which caused the suitcase to start shooting lasers.

That caused the bus to explode! Everyone was running round the city screaming for help but the pigeon kept on pushing random buttons Walter fell onto down the ground and saw the bagel lying next to him then that gave Walter an great idea.

He held the bagel up high then the pigeon saw it tn one of the cameras in the suitcase the pigeon stopped shooting lasers and opened the suitcase Walter held the bagel closer to the pigeon but Walter quickly pushed the pigeon away from the suitcase and dropped the bagel he closed the suitcase and walked away. What an amazing pigeon! He thought.

My two first attempts to make slime (fail)

“Yay” I shouted as mum finally said that I could get glue and make slime. I bought two bottles of glue one bottle of glitter glue and a bottle of pva glue. When we got home I rushed to get a bowl to make slime. I felt so excited.

First I got the glitter glue and poured it into a bowl the glue seemed a bit soupy

I added the water to the washing powder and slowly added it to the glue mixture

I started to stir it slowly hoping it would turn into slime.

Then after ages of stirring it still did not turn into slime. It was soupy and watery!

I added more washing powder but it still did not turn into slime! I got a bit upset my mum got a bit cranky because I wasted half a bottle of glue so she gave up.

But I had a second attempt to make slime this time I used pva glue. It was a bit thicker than last time. I added the water and washing powder and I crossed my fingers hoping it would work after lots and lots of stirring it finally started to form!!!

I kept on adding washing powder and it started to form more I took it out of the bowl and stretched it and it felt rubbery. That is when I realised that I added too much washing powder I also wasted a bit of pva glue! I hope my mum will let me make slime again.

Holidays

“Yay”! I thought  to myself as I walked into the movie theatre. I was only minutes away from seeing the movie ‘Boss Baby!’ While My mum bought the tickets for the movie I watched the ad on a small TV. My mum and I waited for a few more minutes before we could go into the Cinema.

When I first went into the Cinema it was so dark I could barely see! Before the movie started there was a lot of ad’s, then finally the movie started!

I thought it was quite funny and entertaining my favourite part of the movie was when mega Colossal boss baby created the forever puppy the forever puppy is a puppy that lasts forever!

When  the movie was over it turned all dark and I could not see so I accidentally spilled my popcorn all over mum! She didn’t know that it was me though, because it was all dark.

The Mud Run!

"I wish I did not have to do the Mud Run", I said to myself as I walked up the hill.  All of Colab sat down on a very steep hill and Miss Gordon slowly called out peoples names to go into the Mud Run. I was hoping Miss Gordon would not call my name out but just then she Shouted "Davina!" I felt really worried as I hopped over the fence and down into the Mud Run. At first it was not so bad until the mud got deeper and then parents started to throw mud in my hair and down my shirt. When I was nearly at the end I got suck in very thick MUD! I shouted "Help!" many times and then finally a parent came and tried to help me, but he couldn't pull me out because the mud was to thick. I stayed there for another 5 minutes the mud felt squishy and it smelt like cow dung. At last I was rescued by another parent. I quickly finished the Mud Run and sat on the grass like the others. I was really glad that the Mud Run was over!

Christmas day

 

“Hooray”! On Christmas day my parents finally told me I could at last have my own pet Bunny! First of all we needed to go to a pet shop .We went to Wet Pets to get my bunny. When I first went into the pet shop I saw a lot of little bunnies. I thought it was so cute! I picked out a girl but Before I got her I had to get a cage to put her in. We looked in the pet shop for a cage to put my bunny in but all the cages were not perfect. We went to another shop to look for a cage but there wasn't a perfect one there either. We went many more places and finally chose a cage for my bunny. After that we went back to the pet shop and bought some hay and rabbit food. Finally I could take my bunny home!
